Honestly the best service I have gotten in a long time . They are very commutative with arrivals times and very transparent with sales . Great service . Highly recommend.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Drop Box Furniture in North Austin, especially about the gentleman who helped us today, RYAN. What started as a simple phone call turned into an experience that went above and beyond anything we expected.
We had been approved through a different location, and he immediately jumped in, had our approval transferred to his store, and was even able to get us $100 more in approval. We originally thought we would only be able to afford a sofa, but he worked with us and somehow made it happen — we ended up getting a beautiful sectional AND a coffee table and end tables! We were absolutely shocked and grateful.
What makes this even more meaningful is that my husband is currently battling stage 4 brain cancer, so getting out of the house and spending hours shopping or dealing with everything in person is extremely difficult for us. HIS SPIRIT knew that without us ever having to say a word, and he made the entire process completely effortless.
And here's the part that really says everything about the kind of person he is: he had plans for tonight with people coming in from out of town, yet he still made arrangements to deliver our furniture TONIGHT because we needed it. That is customer service you simply don't see anymore.
From the very first phone call to arranging the delivery, he stayed on top of everything. We didn't have to chase him down, worry about details, or leave the comfort of our home. He handled it all.
We went into this thinking we'd have to settle for the bare minimum, and he somehow turned it into something that gave us so much more than we expected. ❤️

Started mattress shopping by going to all of the major stores. Should have just started at BoxDrop. Hayden and Ryan listened to what we were looking for, and steered us to the best mattress for us and our budget. No attempts to upsell us on things we weren’t interested in like others did. I think we were in and out with a new mattress in less than 15 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!
